CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. As we generally process orders within 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Our current shipping day is Monday, Friday and Saturday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.

Damages and Issues
Before opening your order if you hear broken glass. Do not open and contact us for a return. Upon reception inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
