Please note: this fee serves as a deposit only. The deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied toward your final order total. After purchase, you will receive an email with a form to complete your custom candle request.

If an order is canceled by the customer, or if the invoice is not paid in full by the agreed-upon due date, the deposit will not be transferred or applied to any future orders.
